PAT BOWLEN SAYS "CUTLER WILL BE TRADED"

Denver Bronco owner, Pat Bowlen, said tonight "after trying to establish communications with Jay Cutler thru his agent, by phone & text message by both head coach Josh McDaniel & myself for ten days, we have concluded that Jay Cutler will get his wish & we will trade him. We will begin fielding offers ASAP".

Certainly no gray area there. Let the bidding begin. I think there actually may be more teams involved that what was originally thought. The Bucs, Bears, Jags, Redskins(Daniel Snyder just has to get in the middle of this) & possibly Frisco, Carolina & Seattle. The team that needs a QB more than anyone, I think it's their only weak link, is the Vikings & they withdrew abruptly from negotiations about 5 weeks ago with no explanation. As I said last week, what did they see that scared them away from  Cutler? The Jets have said they would not get in a bidding war for Cutler's services, but now that he is really available, the pressure will be on this team as their Super Bowl window is closing quickly.
