SATURDAY PLAYS
Before you decide to make a play on the Wisconsin Badgers tomorrow, you need to know this; both starting wide receivers, Nick Toon & David Gilbreath, will not dress for tomorrow's game with Arizona State at Madison. Toon has a turf toe injury & Gilbreath suffered a concussion in last week's win over San Jose State.

Nevada's pistol offense is tough to defense, but Cal has an experienced front seven, returning 5 starters. The Wolfpack has lost 8 straight games to BCS automatic qualifying conference schools. They've covered only one spread in that streak.
Iowa -2 at Arizona

Remember last season's Holiday Bowl? Nebraska 33 Arizona 0. Iowa's front seven on defense is nearly as physical & 'Zona's O-line isn't any tougher than they were last year. Late start for a team used to playing at 11:00 AM, but Wildcats, under Stoops, have laid one egg after another in big games. I predicted big things for the Hawkeyes before the season began, I'm sticking with them laying less than a field goal.
