SATURDAY'S PLAY
Good morning, late start today, we snuck out to the movies last night & saw "Unstoppable" with Denzell. Hell of an action movie, we were on the edge of our seats the entire hour & 40-minutes. Then came home & watched the entire Boise State blowout of Idaho. The first half they played near-perfect football, leading 38-0 at the half. Two interceptions, a blocked punt etc. etc. By the way I made a mistake when talking about Wisconsin last night. I mentioned that the injured John Clay wouldn't hold back the Badgers in their game this morning with Purdue. They're playing Indiana, right state, wrong school. It won't make any difference against Indiana either. Only one play today, wanted to pull the trigger on Georgia as they play the very distracted Auburn Tigers, but decided to just stay away, I'll watch but no more.
Stanford -5 1/2 at Arizona State
Jim Harbaugh's team is close to their first BCS bowl bid & an undisciplined Sun Devil team with a soon-to-be-canned head coach in Dennis Erickson won't keep them from that ultimate goal. Andrew Luck will pick this under-manned defense apart & the Cardinal won't lose focus tonight. Stanford 38 ASU 17
