CHESTER MCGLOCKTON DEAD AT 42

Former NFL Pro Bowl defensive tackle & current defensive line coach at Stanford, Chester McGlockton died overnight, he was just 42-years old. McGlockton, an All-American at Clemson was a #1 draft pick in 1992 by the Raiders. He made the Pro Bowl four consecutive season, 1994-'97. McGlockton joined the Kansas City Chiefs as a free agent in '98, playing for them three seasons before 2 short stops with Denver & the Jets. He was hired by Jim Harbaugh last season & was retained by new coach David Shaw. Initial reports are McGlockton awoke when he had difficulty breathing & then suffered a massive heart attack.
