MIZZOU SCHEDULE RELEASED....WELL MOST OF IT ANYWAY, STILL HOPE FOR THE BORDER WAR
The Missouri Tigers 2012 football schedule was released about 45-minutes ago & there are several important notes about it. First, what we know:
Sept. 1 TBD
Sept. 8 Georgia
Sept. 15 Arizona State
Sept. 22 @ South Carolina
Sept. 29 TBD
Oct. 6 Vanderbilt
Oct. 13 Alabama
Oct. 20 BYE
Oct. 27 Kentucky
Nov. 3 @ Florida
Nov. 10 @ Tennessee
Nov. 17 TBD
Nov. 24 @ Texas A&M
The September 1st & 29th look to be Miami(OH) & Southern Illinois, but the dates aren't firmed up as of yet. Way more interesting is the November 17th date yet to be determined. Associate Athletic Director Mike Alnutt said they're leaving the date open for Kansas. He said he had received some positive feedback from KU & "until we hear they definitely don't want to play us on the 17th, we're not signing with anyone to fill our final non-conference game." Both MU & KU fans, keep your fingers crossed, this is a rivalry that should not be lost.
The Tigers finish their first SEC season with three straight road games, the final one at A&M, for the third consecutive year. But Mizzou has won the previous two trips to College Station. The one that literally jumps off the page is October 13th, the Alabama Crimson Tide at Columbia. What I believe to be the Tigers' most difficult tests, Georgia & Bama, are both home games. But road games at South Carolina, the Swamp(Fla) & Neyland Stadium(Tenn) will all be intimidating for the first trip.

Where is the Podcast of your show of last night? I'm really upset, as I can't seem to get it live so always depend on the podcast.

Sorry, it's gone. The podcast time is Monday, 6PM. When we moved the show, the podcast did not, it recorded whatever was on Monday at 6PM. For me to get this changed ahead of time I have to send emails to an out of town I.T. person. Sometimes I don't get a response for days. I'm sorry, but it is what it is, small market radio. I don't understand why you can't get it live, so many others can.
It will be the same next week, if you don't catch it live, you won't hear it.

Rich, did your show get moved to a different time slot? I've missed your show the past couple of weeks so I wasn't sure if you were still on the air or what. Let me know and thanks Rich.

Brandon,
I did my best to alert my listeners the show was moving to Tuesday for two weeks during the holidays. Mizzou played right in the middle of my time slot so I was able to move to Tuesday. Same thing next week, Rose Bowl & the Fiesta are on during my time slot & since the station has syndicated shows, they allow me to change.
But that's it, back to Monday on the 9th thru the Monday after the Super Bowl. The podcasts are set way in advance, so I can't change them on short notice, so you'll have to listen to the show live next Tuesday or you'll miss it. Hope you find us Tuesday night & every Monday after that.
Rich
